How do I make a reservation?
All bookings must be made directly through our website by filling out the contact form and completing the online payment.
👉 We do not manage reservations by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept electronic payments through our online platform.
For your safety and convenience, we do not accept cash payments.
What happens if my reservation cannot be confirmed?
Approximately 99% of reservations are confirmed without any issues.
In the rare case that your selected date or time is unavailable, we’ll offer you alternative options or a full refund if you decide not to proceed.
Do I need to reconfirm my booking before the trip?
No, it’s not necessary. Once you receive the email with the subject “Itinerary Confirmed,” your booking is guaranteed. That email will include pick-up information and schedules.
If any changes arise, we will contact you directly.
How can I modify, reschedule, or cancel my booking?
You can request any changes by writing to us at hello@andestrip.com.
All modifications are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policies and to the availability of the new requested itinerary.
What happens if a tour can’t take place due to weather or force majeure?
In case of adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, park closures, protests, or technical issues), we will inform you of your options, which may include rescheduling or refunds, as applicable.
