Q: What happens if my reservation cannot be confirmed?

Approximately 99% of reservations are confirmed without any issues. In the rare cases where it is not possible to confirm on the requested date or time, we will offer you available alternatives or a full refund of your payment if you decide not to accept them.

Q: Do I need to reconfirm my reservation before the trip?

It is not necessary. Once you receive the email with the subject “Confirmed Itinerary” (Itinerario confirmado), your reservation is secured. In that email, you will find the pick-up information and schedules. If any changes arise, we will contact you directly.
